        In this project I learned a lot about tornados and droughts I learned that tornados are formed by winds of 5mph 1000ft above surface then 25mph winds 5000ft above ground then that forms a funnel cloud then once that touches the ground that forms a tornado.

       If I could do this project again I would speak louder in the films and put a voice over for the on the scene film about the tornado.

       Over all I think this project tuned out well.

     The atmosphere has four layers. The first layer is the troposphere is where we live, where all the weather appears and is visible from space, and where airplanes fly. Then the second layer is the stratosphere which has low levels of oxygen, only the lowest bit of it is visible from space, it starts at an altitude of 10 kilometers above sea level, it is where weather balloons fly, it is home to the ozone, and it gets warmer the farther you go up. The third layer is the Mesosphere (Meso = Middle) there is not much known about this layer, it is to high for weather balloons and too low for satellites but gets colder the farther you go up. The final/fourth layer is the thermosphere and the farther you go up the hotter it gets, it goes up to 70 degrees Celsius. The Thermosphere is split up into 2 parts, the Ionosphere and the Exosphere the Ionosphere is home to the northern lights and why radio waves through satellite is possible, the exosphere is where space stations are stationed and where the atmosphere merges into space.

Photosynthesis

    This week in class we learned about photosynthesis. Photosynthesis is how plants get there food.

      They make food by taking in sunlight, nutrients from soil, water, and carbon dioxide. Then the plants turn all that into oxygen and sugar. Then the plant eats the sugar in produces oxygen for us to breath. From the air the leafs take 6 molecules of water (6H2O) and 6 molecules of carbon (6CO2) and out of that makes 6 molecules of sugar (C6H12O6) and 2 molecules of oxygen (O2). That is how plants get food

Presentation Ethics

     This week, in class, I learned about presentation ethics. You should never talk while others people are presenting, always have eye contact with the audience, practice your presentation before you present (not while you are presenting), know what you are talking about, and never stand completely still (it makes you look nervous). These are some presentation ethics I learned.

    In this project we learned about a certain body system and my group learned about the endocrine system. I learned a lot about the endocrine system including that adrenaline is a hormone.
      I did not even know what the endocrine system was until this project but I did know the  reproductive system was and I knew the answer to the question "how are babies made" .
      I think we did a pretty good job on project. I liked that we got a lot done in eight class periods because to me eight periods is not a very long, but I regret choosing the system that we did because.
      I would probably give this project an A- because we put a lot of hard work into the project but as I look back at the project it does not seem quite complete.
      If I could do this project again I would try to fit in more research than we could fit in for this project now.

The Endocrine System

      This week in class my group and I learned about the endocrine system, the endocrine system is the system that controls the hormones like the growth hormone and adrenaline. The whole system is controlled by one gland, the pituitary gland. The pituitary gland is about the size of a pea. Without the endocrine system you would not be able to grow

The Cardiovascular System

    This week we learned about the Cardiovascular System is class. The Cardiovascular System also known as the Circulatory System is your heart and circulation of blood, that is why is it either called the cardiovascular OR the circulatory system. Because the system circulates blood, it can be called the circulation, see how both words have the word circul in them? it's not really a word but it stands for circle because the blood goes in circles. It can also be called the Cardiovascular system because every time you hear the word cardio, you know it has something to do with the heart.

     It takes approximately half a minute for a single blood cell to circulate around the body. The rout of the blood is, oxygen poor blood comes into the heart through the interior vena cava and the superior vena cava which join into one to enter the heart then get pumped out through the pulmonary artery which absorbs O2 from the lungs the goes back to the heart through to pulmonary vein to get pumped into either the caroid artery to go to the head or arms then as O2 poor blood goes down the jugular vein which turns into the superior vena cava, or instead of going up the Caroid artery it goes down the Aorta which could feed into the mesenteric arteries witch feeds the digestive track and liver and goes back to the heart in the hepatic vein as O2 poor blood which feeds in to the interior vena cava, or the aorta keeps going straight where it could feed into the renal artery which gives O2 to the kidneys which feed the O2 poor blood into the renal vein which also feeds into the interior vena cava. Or the Aorta could keep going straight into the trunk and legs as the iliac artery still O2 rich blood then leaves the trunk and legs as O2 poor blood and through to the iliac vein which feeds into the interior vena cava.
